I've lost 14.3 pounds in the past two months and am so happy to be a "loser!" My initial goal is to lose fifty pounds. I don't have a date set to lose it by but I'm hoping, based on my progress, to lose most of it by the end of the summer. Then I can focus on getting my body into the fitness level I'd like it to be at.

Great job you two! Some people may look at my fourteen pounds and say meh but to me it is worth celebrating! I'm a quarter towards my goal weight lost which is exciting to me. I'm hoping that by fall ill be ble to wear some cute clothes and, more importantly, be ble to go on some great hikes near where I live.

That first 10-20 pounds tells us we can go all of the way and that health is starting to recover. Keep up the great job all.
