Im 46 and a cancer survivor. It was in my brain and made me lose the use of my arms and legs. I have worked hard the last three years to get back what i lost. Ive progressex to the point i only use a cane sometimes. I am still 25 lbs overweight and i have aquired some bad eating habits. I have try many things but keep falling back. Eating bad not feeling motivated to exercise. So, i am here hoping this keeps me accountable. Not just and app but a community.
Maybe someone to motivate and inspire me. I will help you if you will help me. Thanks

It's very admirable and humbling that despite given your circumstances you are still working on losing weight. I wish you the best of luck.0
