Hey hey hey!
So I've finally gotten the hang of portioning out food for macros BUT have noticed that sometimes my macros are bang on but my micros are off.
How important is this when counting macros?

Generally speaking, if your diet is varied enough your micros will work themselves out. If you are still concerned, add a multi-vitamin to your diet...1

Im thinking cholesterol and the denominations for fat. I know that by altering the foods in the meals essentially those numbers would go down, but how important is it for those numbers to be close to the "target". Also, I should mention, these are targets as provided by MyFitnessPal after putting in my macros. I've surpassed them a couple times while staying within my macros so Im just a little bit confused.0

The one micro I pay attention to is sodium, because I don't want a lot of water retention.0
