What do you drink besides coffee to get your energy levels boost quick before hitting the gym? Any over the counter drinks I can buy?

I drink a Monster Java - Loca Moca flavor. Love it. And it has B vitamins, vitamin c, protein and calcium, so I am getting some nutrition from it also. It also keeps me from being hungry until later in the afternoon. I can't work out after eating, so I have to drink my breakfast. This is it for me.0

Thanks mom, I forgot to mention I work out after my job, which it's around 7:30 pm so I definitely don't want the long caffeinated effects. I wouldn't be able to sleep.0

I chug c4 one scoop with 4-6 oz of water. I usually go to the gym after work around 6:30 7 depends on when I eat. I am in bed at 9:30 10ish I like my beauty rest.0

Usually, on my max effort days, or when I re-test maxes, I do a whole can of Monster zero, and one scoop on my pre-workout. You won't die, you'll be fine.
But normally it's just my preworkout and about 50-100g of PURE cards (gummi bears/worms, twizzlers, sour patch kids, etc.)0 -

I'm not worried about dying, I'm worry about not able to rest, Ive had a cup of regular coffee around 6pm and I been up till midnight and can't rest.0 -

Glad stacking preworkout and monster works for you with no bad effects. Not sure if case for everyone
Don't think many medical professionals would be on board with this stack.0
