Has anyone tried using Garcinia Cambogia as a diet supplement? Dr. Oz advertised this as the new "miracle" supplement, stating that it's a fat blocker. I've been using it for about 3 weeks but, honestly, think I would get the same results without it since I'm exercising and dieting, too. I'm wondering if I'm taking the right amount (1000 mg twice per day, 1 hour before meals)?

I have no idea. But anything preceded by "Dr. Oz" and "recommends" is pretty much hooey in my book. Eat healthy, find a way to move that you love every day. Then it becomes your habit and you get healthy. Your habit does not become chasing the latest fad to make money for Dr. Oz. :flowerforyou:0
