Reddit sent me....
Living in Waterloo, Ontario, 29 years old. My partner is a PhD student, so it's hard not to eat and live like a 20 y.o.
I hope to go from 170 lbs to 140 lbs, although no set time schedule.
With my work schedule, it's impossible to get any exercise so my main focus is to change my eating habits.

Work and being a PhD student makes for a crazy busy life but you have to carve out 30 minutes a day for your health! I have 5 kids (one with severe special needs) and I am fighting to make this work. Feel free to add me if you need some encouragement!0
