Hey recently found out I'm glycemic sensitive so I keep my carbs 100g aND under a day... yes it's very hard I take in only "good carbs" no fillers nothing processed no breads rice grains ext.... I also need to hit 180g protein a day.... would love some ideas for food I do have a personal trainer who makes my meal plans but I'm always looking for fresh ideas :)
