    Finished off my top round steak - leftover from the week's lunch portions from work. The little steaks lived in the fridge for the week in a sauce I concocted out of spiced rum, beef broth, fresh lemon juice and seasonings, so I combined all that with some Healthy Harvest rigatoni and nuked it for a couple of minutes. Rounding it off with cole slaw mix combined with a smidge of Russian dressing. Green tea to wash it all down with.

    Im a sandwhich person so i always have sandwhich thins with ham or chicken and lettuce etc. But today i had hummus and veg sticks for dipping.

    I had half of a whole wheat quesadilla and a mixed herb blend salad with honey mustard no oil salad dressing and a glass of low sodium vegetable juice
