Any vegans willing to share their meal patterns with me. That be very helpful because I'm at the begging for of this journey.

    Breakfast: usually oats or oatmeal with toppings of either molasses sugar, dried fruit, nuts or seeds.
    Lunch: usually a slice of wholemeal bread with dairy-free spread and either yeast extract, a nut butter or homemade spread, e.g. lemon chickpea or red lentil and sundried tomato. With apple, sweet pepper and celery, a few dried apricots, figs or prunes, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds.
    Main meal: simple but tasty dishes e.g. shepherds pie, vegan sausages or nut/bean burgers with baked potato or quinoa and veg, spag vol, pasta salad, mac 'sheese', sweet and sour/orange and ginger stir-fry, chilli or curry and rice.
    Desserts/sweet treats e.g. homemade cakes, apple strudel, tinned, frozen or fresh fruit with soya yoghurt or soya cream/ice cream, or just some dark chocolate with a cup of coffee.

    Breakfast: Leftovers from the night before or a big salad or almond butter on toast.

    Lunch: Leftovers or a burrito salad or hummus sandwich

    Dinner: I love to cook and will try almost anything (vegan). Recent meals have included eggplant marinara and pasta, bbq soy curl sandwiches, lentil soup, roasted potatoes, gazpacho, strawberry quinoa, chickpea "tuna" melts, bimimbap, tofu scramble, black pepper tofu stir-fry, broccoli with garlic, reuben tofu scramble sandwiches, roasted red pepper soup, seitan sandwiches with tempeh bacon, garlic toast, butternut squash-apple soup, roasted portobello sandwiches, green olive salad, Indian tofu scramble, bourbon tempeh sliders, and red lentil taco soup. Alongside these meals I will usually have a salad or roasted vegetables.

    Looking at this list, I see I've been eating a lot of sandwiches and tofu scrambles recently!
