Tips please

Hi all

Hope your enjoying the sun.... I am on week 2 and not lost a lb, i have been under calorie count and exercising each day! any hints or tips welcomed!

    Make sure that you aren't getting too few calories... there are a lot of debates about eating or not eating the calories you "earn" from exercising, but I think the general consensus is eat about half of them. I try not to eat my earned calories, but I also try not to get below 1200 calories a day, the lowest amount you can have while still in a healthy range. Also, be patient with your body! Maybe it will take a little longer for the weight loss to begin, but as long as you are living healthfully, you are on the right track!
