How to log insanity

Just wondering how do you log the insanity workout? Would it be circuit training?

    That's how I would log it- instead of listing out each individual exercise. Plus, if you listed them individually as strength training, then you would have to keep track of how many reps completed. You could always break it down in the "exercise notes" section for your records.
