help with exercise bands

Two questions:

How do you keep the on your feet when you press your leg out? Mine just want to roll up or off my foot?

Do you use the same band for your arms as you do for your legs?

    Wrap/loop them around your feet.


    And you should use a heavier band for lower body as its naturally stronger than an upper body.
