Hey everyone!
I have just started the 4:3 fast. I was doing a different fast before where I was eating between 12 PM - 8 PM each day and that did work but I've got a bit lazy with it recently hence why I'm taking it up a level.
I have dipped in and out of using myfitnesspal to log what I eat as I tend to get bored with it after a while, but I have a massive sweet tooth which needs curbed so I'm gonna make sure I log everything so that I'm holding myself accountable for what I put in my cake hole
I'm planning on going to the gym on my feeding days - I prefer to lift weights and do cardio, but I'm not a religious gym bunny either.
Anybody doing this fast or has anybody got results from doing it? Advice is welcome. I have a pocket of fat on stomach that just wont go away

I used to be big into Intermittent Fasting. If you need help, check out the Hodgetwins Vlogs.
They know what they are talking about.
I dropped a lot of weight and quickly. I also workout 5 to 6 times a week. I stopped because I worried about losing muscle so now I just log my meals and try to get better. We'll see how that works.
YouTube is a great source for exercising. If you are trying to lose belly fat, it's going to take a lot of hard work.
Search, 'belly fat burning exercise for women' and you'll find all the videos you'll need.
Good luck. #smashonlife

Thanks for the links and recommendations. Can I ask, with the 4:3 fast is it ok for me to fast from 5pm - 5pm? Still a full 24 hour fast but it means I'm not going a day without food. Not sure if that's how it work0

Welcome to MFP and 4:3. I'm actually doing 5:2 and it's good to see another IF person on here!
As far as your question about the 5 p to 5p, in theory it should work as long as you get 3 periods in within a 7 day period. Let me know how it goes.0 -
I used to do it too. Gonna start back. I tried it because of the Hodgetwins. I really like them. They are smarter than people give them credit for.0

I'm a sucker for sweets too. The fasting sounds horrible, but I guess whatever works.0

I'm on 18_20 some days, feels like 24 hrs, but one of these days I'll do full 24hrs. I've lost approx 6pnds In 3 weeks. Before I've started I used you tube and read articles online. Hope that helps. Keep it up0
