Back... Again

Okay, I've decided to give this another run.
Looking to drop 25-30lbs and I've had great success here in the past but fell back on it,
This time around I'm looking to lose in a sustainable way.
I'm running on a regular basis and weight training a couple of times per week (easing back into it at the moment).
Hoping I can balance that with travel and other commitments too.
Happy to connect with people on here on the same journey that post and interact on a regular basis (you should log daily - it's better to motivate each other! ).
Also, I'm using fitbit and welcome people there too
