 Hey MFP people, I am interested in partnering up with someone who can help me stay on track and be accountable to one another. I am 56 years old, soon to be 57, recently divorced and would like to finally do something for myself, to better my health, but I live alone, and have no one so far in my community to work with. If you are interested and think we could possibly work together, email me here. I started this morning tracking my food again, as I did it once before without exercise, and lost 8 pounds, imagine what I could do if I exercised at least 3 times a week? I joined the YWCA for water aerobics, and the body shop. Will be looking to see if someone possibly lives in my area, I live in Waterloo, Iowa.
