Hello,
I have been following the Atkins diet for the last 11 days and have went from 162 pounds to 154. I love bread, pasta, rice, pizza, and soda... so cutting those out has been really hard. I am 5 foot 1 and my goal is to get to 120-125 pounds. It's going to take a lot of hard work, but I am ready for it, it's something I really want. Time is the factor that always stops me from exercising- so I am going to have to step it up and find the time, or find some good exercises I can do at home after my daughter is in bed for the night. It would be awesome to have support and watch others on their journey as well. Harder to go it alone!
Now what am I going to eat for breakfast??? Hehehe
