Time off

This past week I had to take the whole week off for medical/life issues. I went back today and I am amazed how much stronger and better I felt working out. I felt so good I had to remember to stick with my program even though I felt like I do so much more. Don't want to be sorry tomorrow:laugh:
So if you think that time off hurts you I just realized that is not true, maybe I can start to stop the gym obsession??????
