We have all read about the twinkie or potato diets proving CICO, but has there been the opposite? Has anyone every done an experiment eating "clean" or just fruits and veggies to prove you can gain as well? I feel like that would help a lot of people thinking they need to cut out food groups or... eat "clean".

Yeah, there was a poster here (forget how to spell his screen name, but maybe he will jump in) who bulked on paleo and cut on IIFYM or some such.0
