How I lost 10lbs fast

I have been eating a high fat diet & I lost 10 in 2 weeks. Read below for details :)

Well I have 30lbs to lose. And originally I tried a low fat diet. I found myself hungry always and needing to eat every few hours. I do not have blood sugar issues either. All this frequent eating made it difficult to do my workouts . I do spinning 4x/week . And anyone who has ever done it knows the last thing you want in you on that bike is a belly with something in it :) I also wasn't losing even though I was always hungry . An example of what I was eating in a day and was NOT losing:
Plain oatmeal w a little fresh fruit, some egg whites made w a bit of oil

Plain sushi on rice maybe 2 rolls and salad with light ginger dressing

Salad w lean meat and light dressing and bread

Frozen yogurt fat free

Snack: skinny pop
Plenty of water it's all I drink
I was always hungry and had wild cravings for carbs and sugar. I also hate eating like this.

I was always thin and lean growing up and up until I turned 33 and had a crazy stressful year and gained, my dr ran labs and found my stress hormone was elevated and not helping with the weight. As I sat there eating skinny pop and wishing I could have greasy cape cod potato chips instead, I remembered something key: How I ate when I was at my leanest for most of my life. Well I grew up in a home of parents who are of European backgrounds and general food lovers. We ate red meat every night in the form of individual strip steaks. No filet, always strip steak with the most marbling. I love steak with a ring of fat around it. We would eat fresh green salad full of Roquefort cheese and olive oil and our starch was often a small piece of bread or side of pasta. We never had dessert but I'd often grab a small handful of m&ms after dinner which were often in the freezer. None of us were overweight. I also could go forever without eating and felt fine and full of energy. We all drank water and no sugary drinks. A snack might be a few potato chips . I thought about how high fat of a diet it was but how satiating . So I went back to my roots 2 weeks ago and today, I got on the scale and was down 10. I have continued w my spinning classes as well. Here is what I eat and I love it
Breakfast: eggs Benedict on whole grain toast instead of English muffins. Yes, old fashioned eggs Benedict. From a restaurant no less. And yes I eat the bread, but it's only 1 total slice .

No lunch ( the breakfast is so filling and satiating I couldn't possibly eat lunch even if I tried). Not eating lunch but still having energy allows me to do spinning w out worry .

Dinner: salad with lots of cheese and oil based dressing , strip steak with truffle butter, asparagus in oil and cheese, small piece of bread w butter .

Snack: string cheese and 1 serving cape cod potato chips and a pellagrino w lemon

Dessert: handful of m&ms OR two generous spoon fills of Haagen Das

It's heavenly and I have no cravings or appetite . I think I am well under calories to lose bc I am just not hungry. Yet I have tons of energy and feel great
