Wanted to lose weight (from 150lb to now) to look better. But now it's kinda like a lifestyle/ or for stress relief0

So i can eat more. At 5'2" and 103 lbs (and even when I was trying to lose) there's no way I would have been happy on what little maintenance calories I would have gotten with my desk job.2

Being fit is awesome. I enjoy hitting the weight room...I enjoy riding my bike...I enjoy participating in cycling events...I like hiking.1

For me sex does not enter any equation. I'm celibate.
Any rate my workouts come from life. I practice Aikido because it's fun, it helps me to develop better interpersonal skills and improves my balance and coordination. It is especially helpful for me with handling conflict and with my horseback riding.
I ride horses because I love it. I trim hooves because I find it very rewarding and the extra income is nice.
I get a lot of exercise doing my job, which I really enjoy.

It makes the scale much more cooperative. Also, I do enjoy endorphins. At least I used to. I need to get up to a point where I am again.1

I do it for my health, but also because I feel amazing during and after. It helps with my anxiety.2
