We all have different fitness goals, or just different reasons for working out, what's everyone's main motavation tho? Mine is to just look better , and with that more sex, I mean we all love it , some more then others tho

Wanted to lose weight (from 150lb to now) to look better. But now it's kinda like a lifestyle/ or for stress relief

So i can eat more. At 5'2" and 103 lbs (and even when I was trying to lose) there's no way I would have been happy on what little maintenance calories I would have gotten with my desk job.

For me sex does not enter any equation. I'm celibate.

Any rate my workouts come from life. I practice Aikido because it's fun, it helps me to develop better interpersonal skills and improves my balance and coordination. It is especially helpful for me with handling conflict and with my horseback riding.

I ride horses because I love it. I trim hooves because I find it very rewarding and the extra income is nice.

I get a lot of exercise doing my job, which I really enjoy.

It makes the scale much more cooperative. Also, I do enjoy endorphins. At least I used to. I need to get up to a point where I am again.

I do it for my health, but also because I feel amazing during and after. It helps with my anxiety.

To have a better shape, to feel healthier, hopefully so I live longer. And because I enjoy it, nothing like a good workout to put a smile on my face.

My main reason is because it's my me-time. It's really one of the only things I do for myself that I enjoy. I don't have any other hobbies. The side affects from it are all welcome too, lol.

At first I worked out (mostly cardio) so that I could get my calories down to a minimum. After realizing that was an unhealthy lifestyle and I wasn't achieving the body of my dreams, I started lifting. It has become a lifestyle. I lift so that I can feel strong, so that I can constantly attempt to beat my personal best and better myself, so I can feel empowered and gain confidence through hard work and dedication.

The motivation for the start of this all is a Croatian Yacht Week adventure that I'm going on in July with friends. A lot of the girls have had plastic surgery to better their figures, which had me feeling like I could never look even half as good as them. Now, even though they may appear "hotter," my confidence outweighs theirs because I know that I put hard work into my body and behind it is strength.

Honestly, vanity, I do it to look better. The healthy part is a bonus for me....the main motivation that sends me to the gym every day...vanity.

To look and feel good, it's a major stress reliever, I like to challenge myself find my limits and try to break those limits
