I'm in Hull. I started all this back in 2013 and currently weigh 2lb more than I then - so not doing too great!
I'm looking to lose around 20-30lb. Currently 14st 1lb. I lead a sedentary lifestyle at the moment- work is mainly chair / car based. I'm not averse to exercise but often lack the motivation. I know that I need to do more to get the weight off.
I could use some accountability, so feel free to add if your circumstances / goals are similar to mine.0 -

I'm in Staffordshire. Would welcome friend requests from genuine fellow travellers who believe that a healthy diet and lifestyle is the answer. I don't do pills, potions, cleanses or diet meals. I don't work out or lift weights, but I do walk every day. I cook my main meal from scratch every day and have lots of recipes to share that taste good and are good for you without a trace of chia seeds or green tea. Of course, if that's your bag, I won't criticise, but I will be the sort of friend who, if I see a splurge of doughnuts in your diary, I will try to help you change your habits. I am succeeding, albeit very slowly and because its slowly, my eating habits are changing too. I will motivate and support you as far as I am able, if you do the same for me.0
