Hi all, i currently take 1 Sainsbury's Effervescent Energising tablet a day as i have been feeling a bit tired recently and apart from making my wee luminous yellow all seems to be well. But having searched for the brand on the internet and on here i cannot find any info regarding how many calories or sugar they contain (i cant see it being much, but they taste sweet). Anyone have any ideas? Or would you not worry about it?

Quite a variety of both sugars (Maltodextrin, Sucrose, Glucose, Fructose} and sweeteners (Sorbitol, Sucralose) so not surprising it's sweet tasting.
It can't be many calories so maybe log as an equivalent Berocca which is going to be close - 5 to 8 calories.
