Not into shakes, as I prefer to eat and not drink my calories. And skipping breakfast is OK, you know.

But if you like the shakes and they keep you satisfied, go for it!

I'm not a big breakfast person either, but need to have something before my morning workout (fasted workouts and me don't get along). So either protein shake or if I get up early enough something egg related.

I use Fitmiss Delight protein powder (90 cals/16 gram protein) on my shake days. I have several combinations I do:

    1:
    Chocolate powder
    Almond or skim milk

    2:
    Chocolate or Vanilla powder
Frozen Strawberries or Frozen Cherry Berry Blend
    Almond or skim milk

    3:
    Chocolate powder
    Ice
    Coffee
2 TBSP Thin Mint or Peppermint Mocha Creamer

    4:
    Vanilla powder
    Ice
    Coffee
2 TBSP Vanilla Caramel, Pumpkin Spice, or French Vanilla Creamer

Hee Hee... I break my fast every day. Usually not until noon tho. But yes, if you don't break your fast (breakfast) you'd starve to death eventually ;). So, yeah, it's important. What time you do it? No very important.
