Had to hit the rest button; I took time off for work and school and gained back 50 pounds in 3 years. After two weeks of just changing my diet (slightly) I am down 8 pounds which is great but still need to loose 32 pounds to get back to a good weight. Started back at the Gym and after 2 days on the elliptical for 45 minutes each day my legs are killing me; Taking the day off today for a family event and then work tomorrow for 15 hours which means no gym till Tuesday; really hope my legs feel good enough to go... Hurts to walk sit or stand right now... pushing to get under 230 lbs by August... Any pointers on curbing your appetite? I already drink 3-4 liters of water a day.
