I'm looking for a low cal which would be about 150cal with around 10grams of protein in it. Does anyone have a granola recipe they would like to share?

Tricky. Granola is usually packed with high calorie nuts and dried fruit.
Would you consider purchasing a high protein cereal instead like Fuel 10k Protiflakes? A 30g portion is 112cal, with 7.1g protein. The Fuel 10k Granola is more like 226cal with 7.5g protein.
Or use a super low cal cereal then put it with non fat Greek yoghurt and get your protein that way?0 -
I've tried. Sugar content always too high in any granola.
Try protein bars instead? You could just buy them to make life easy.0 -
I was hoping that some by some miracle had a recipe. I used to eat the bear claw brand then they changed their recipe. I am thinking about buying some things and maybe adding protein powder to see how it turns out.
Protein bars don't sit well in my stomach. I haven't looked at health stores of anything I will have to check into that. Thank you.0
