    No more putting it off, stick to your MFP calorie deficit and you will be healthier and slimmer within your 50's!

    Welcome! Weight loss is pretty straightforward-start accurately tracking your food intake, be mindful of portion sizes (food scale set to grams), and then stay within the calorie parameters that MFP sets for you. And then the biggest challenge-just being patient and giving it time :)
