What goal do I need to do?

I am wondering if it's ok to complete the goals that are on top of the app or do i have to complete the goals that are on nutritions.

    Ideally you should have and track progress towards multiple goals!
    NUTRITION GOALS
    Tracking your daily food intakes is easy and fantastic at revealing where you need to adjust things to get the type if result you are aiming at. Weight gain or loss that is!
    TRAINING GOALS
    By logging the exercise routines and weights used you can track your gains in strength. Progress in strength equals mass gains! Big muscles are strong muscles, that a fact you can take to the bank!

    Both the above are easy, and easier after teaching your MFP App what you do!
    I recommend the App be used to its full potential for the quickest, easily accessible gains and results.
    Time spent logging everything here will save you big time in achieving fabulous outcomes in good time.
