Arm Injury - Advice Needed

I broke my right arm in 5 places in 2004. I had surgery on it and had titanium rods/plates put in. I can't extend it all the way. Only about a 20° angle compared to my left arm, which isn't much but does pose a problem. My question is, since I can't put a lot of weight on it evenly or do anything that involves hanging (like pull-ups) what are some alternatives or substitutes to exercises like pull-ups, mountain-climbers, push-uips, burpees...? I can also only do this on one side:
...which is a little embarassing when it's done in my class at the gym. When they switch sides I just lay there on the other side. I've tried it though! I pretty much have full mobility with those few exceptions so I just do as much as I can and work with what I have. I can do bicep curls, tricep extensions, chest flies, lateral raises, rows...Just not many things that involve putting my weight on both arms evenly. I've been doing push-ups against the wall and I know you don't have to extend all the way for those. Sorry for the long drawn out explanation but it really is hard to explain without someone physically seeing it. Just looking for any other modifications anyone knows of. Thanks.

Do you have a PT? Do you expect that you'll ever be able to get the mobility back? I would work with a PT on that, first, then worry about evening out strength.0

I had PT when I first injured it. The surgeon said I will never have completely mobility. It will only ever bend that far. :frown: Thanks for the reply!0
