would love to make friends and nutrition ideas!

Hi, I am brand new to this board but have been tracking my food intake the last 2 months and lost an average of 2 pounds each week. I would love to swap recipe and nutrition ideas! I am also working out but because I was never a cook and now am making so many new recipes I would love to share ideas for good healthy eating! Finally finding ways I like my veggies (roasted broccoli, soups) and have really liked many of the chicken/fish recipes on skinnytaste, allrecipes, and ate quinoa for the first time and was impressed. It is very time consuming to start cooking healthy meals but getting easier. Would love to hear some of your ideas and will share mine as well if you want. I would love to have new friends on this journey but am not sure how we add or request friends?
