Im only 110 lbs away from joining the 1000 lb club. I feel like its not a huge accomplishment but its a goal i set out for myself and its cool to see myself closing in on it.
I hit PRs all last week and took a rest day yesterday. Should I take a deload week or should i keep on with my regular program? My body feels pretty good overall. I have 5 more weeks left until i start a slow cut

I say go by how your body feels if your strong stay strong when you feel weak take a couple days off..0
