Hi guys! Please share me some of the weight loss tips, i am 58kgs, lost 3 kgs since june 17, 2013. Workout, diet, thats what i do. But i believe what i am doing is not healthy and temporary loss of fat only.. I want a permanent one..

I wake up at around 1pm in the afternoon. Eat sandwich (whole wheat bread with cucumber ) , sometimes veggie meat (made of soy).. Then at 5pm i play badminton, do some rounds of bicycle.. After that i workout for 2hours. (Dance, treadmill, ab exercises, kickboxing,) ... Then eat my dinner , sometimes Skyflakes Fit with some veggie meat (fried with the use of one tblsp of olive oil) ...sometimes sandwich again. Then at midnight when i get hungry i eat banana, then drink water. Then sleep at around 4-5am in the morning.

Am i dong wrong? Guide me, please.

P. S. i lost 3kilos in the first week of my exercise and diet (june 24). Till then, i am still stuck with the same number of weight. 58kg. I had my gallbladder removed last 2009, since then i started gaining weight, so muchhhh... And now i believe the process of my weight loss iss too much slowwww!
