Hi everyone
I'm ashamed to say but since having my daughter (almost 3 years ago!) I haven't seriously looked after my health or body
I just celebrated my 30th birthday and I want to take charge and change my lifestyle! I want to start a new exercise programme and wondered if you could give me a few ideas to get me started?
Is cardio better for losing fat or resistance training? How long do people work out for a day? I see quite a lot of posts where people are preferring weights rather than cardio, what are your thoughts?
If you do weights do you concentrate on a particular area of your body and then have a rest day?? How does it work?? Haha sorry for all the questions I've been out of the game for a long time!
Thank you in advance
