Hi everyone
I am looking for more friends in this community. I am a stay at home mom and run a daycare in my home. I am currently 221 pounds and would like to get to 130 ultimately. I had lost 30 pounds but gained 20 back with bad nutrition choices and being an emotional eater.
I would love to connect with others that are having the same struggles so we can support and lift each other as we walk this journey.

I emotional eat sometimes, or rather mindless eating because I am so stressed. I grab whatever is available and wolf down my food, instead of enjoying it or being careful about portion. but often when I am stressed I crave chocolate or expecialy spicey food and hot sause , the hotter the better. It think I read it causes endorphines. at least spice is not unhealthy.
I realy wish there was more support for people with a lot of stress
