Hey y'all. Being active is no longer an issue for me. Like most, of course I feel lazy going to the gym, but I still go regardless. My struggle is seeing a difference while having hypothyroids. Do y'all have any suggestions other than medication? I'd really appreciate it. Feel free to add me as well if you'd like.

I don't have your issue, but due to my eating plan, I have stumbled across info about thyroid problems.. I don't know if this will be of any use to you but it may be worth a read?

And this one is mostly other peoples comments and experiences which you may find interesting to read too.

lots of water, vit d, iron, b vitamins too. My chronic fatigue dr upped my medication by a 1/3 even though my numbers were 'right' and I feel much better now!

Weight loss became much easier once I switched to combo T4/T3 meds. Switched from Synthroid to Nature-throid. Once your thyroid levels are optimized, by that I mean Free T4 and Free T3s, weight will come off if you follow calorie counting. It might be slower compared to a person without hypothyroidism but it will happen. Also exercise is the key as well, it will help keep your metabolism fired.
