Anyone struggle loosing weight with PCOS it's a nightmare for me any advice?.

Yes -- I had a slow start. I had to reduce my calories to 1200 and my carbs to fewer than 120 grams (I aim for 100). The carb reduction helps the most, I think. I just dropped twenty pounds in the last two months and have 30 more to go. Of course, your calorie range may need to be higher if you are more active or have fewer pounds to lose. Hope this helps.0

Alot of people have good success on a lower carbohydrate diet or Ketogenic diet if you have ever thought about trying it?
