Hi. I'm new to this too. I should be a pro - I've dieted off and on for 20 years. And I'm still here. I'm planning this to be the LAST first day!

    We can do this!

I was 70+ lbs overweight but now I have gotten it down to 45 lbs.
It seems it took me longer than most people to start losing weight and it felt much longer than I anticipated.
However during that time I have made radical transformations despite the delayed results.
It took me time to develop better eating habits and to reprogram my mind about my health.
Part of losing weight is also losing the negative emotions, destructive habits and stress that accompany it.
Live not only to be healthier but also happier and don't be so hard on yourself.
If at first you don't succeed then you...
