Little question on Fitbit exercise calories. I'm 172 cm 86 kg 38 year old male. Today I done a hour of strength training,30 mind of c25k then walked for a hour. My Fitbit charge hr tells me to eat a extra 1600 calories does that sound a bit too much since I'm only on 1500 calories a day to start with. Thanks for the help

Ps since my last post about not losing weight, the weight just started to drop of again after 2 weeks of not losing. Done nothing different just kept to the same plan.

Doesn't sound out of line to me. I'm a 54 year old female. 149 lbs and 5' 9" and on a day I work out for 80-90 minutes my Fitbit charge HR gives me 1000-1100 extra calories. I eat back approx 50% -75% of them and try to "bank" the rest. It's done alright by me as long as I actually go by MFP and Fitbits recommendations, I do lose weight.
Good luck. Sounds like you're doing really well!!
