Hello members, Well I'm back again after being gone a couple years, same weight as then. So i need motivating. I had lost a good amount of weight last year after having to return to work in a grocery store, lots of moving. I looked and felt pretty good. But now back to an office environment, the weight is back. I would love to hear anything to get me motivated, im so depressed
