Hi I am Zach. So I have been around the block, originally started at 270, dropped to 190, went to 240, and now at 184. I have lost all my before pics (which is horrible mind you so if you just started take before pics!). Gonna start logging my stuff now, hopefully i can shed the last bit of bf%.
