Maintain weight but lose inches?

Can I eat at my maintain weight goal and still tighten this tummy? I'm super anxious about upping my intake seeing as I still feel like I have a tiny amount of fat kicking around in my stomach area. I want it to flatten out but on my one off day from the gym (without my workout calories) I have a hard time staying in my deficit. Is it still possible to tone up? Wondering about your experiences personally with adding calories but keeping up with your workouts.
