    I'm on JC and record my food here. I am in Canada and found that the JC app did not have Canadian brands and foods that are not on the JC plan. I have been on JC for a year. I have lost about 20 pounds. My own fault that I have not lost more as I have been sabotaging myself. :( In March, I lowered one of my depression medicines. Since then I have been creeping up. As of yesterday I have gone back to my full dose. Do you want to be friends? I will send you a friend request.
