Help with Buffalo Wild Wing Menu

https://www.buffalowildwings.com/Documents/BWW_Nutritional_Info.pdf

I was wondering if someone with knowledge of Buffalo Wild Wings menu could help me understand the carb count on some of the items.
One of the examples I was looking at was this:

Medium Honey BBQ Traditional Wings, 1 gram of carbs
Small Honey BBQ Traditional Wings, 23 grams of carbs.

I'm not understanding why a smaller portion has that many more grams of carbs, but the calorie content doesn't increase much. Looking at most all of the traditional wing items, it seems like the "snack size" of wings has so many more grams of carbs than even the "large size"!

I'm doing low carb and I just want to know if I can seriously eat BWW. It didn't really make sense to me that I could eat a whole load of Honey BBQ wings for only 1 gram of carbs due to the BBQ sauce, but their menu is confusing me(could be the lack of carbs LOL).

Thanks for any input!

I would guess inaccurate entries on their menu. I usually go with naked wings and dipping sauce, or a dry rub (very low carb).

Some teenage kid typed all the stuff in.
I looked at the calories on their menu items and almost had a heart attack.
Boneless Wings, Medium, Parmesan Garlic 1460 calories.
Boneless Wings, Large, Thai Curry 2040 calories.
Maybe you could look at the calorie count for a guide?

I would go with the Grilled Chicken salad, Grilled blackened salad, Ceasar Salad or wings naked with sauce on the side if possible. Besides, unless you are waiting for a time bomb to go off, the sodium is a killer. Either that or write it off as a good time, enjoy and intensify the post workouts :D

I eat wings all the time and lose weight, it's true for me that carbs are the killer not fat. Try to use savoury sauces over sweet
