Hey everyone,
Let's get healthier together! It's a difficult task but it's always more fun suffering together!!
I am a 32y male from Vancouver Canada. We have an incredible variety of absolutely delicious food here - especially my favorite.. Japanese! I have a deep love of Asian food. Xiao long bao, pho, sushi, rice, egg tarts... None of which are particularly healthy!
It'd be beneficial to get to know a couple folks and we can share food photos, grumpy food urges to down massive plates of rice and noodles, try to keep each other motivated with threats of virtual slaps, workout accomplishments, etc!
This is my first day on this UA app and I'm all in!
200.8 today. Aiming for 179. - 1-2 lbs a week would be good. My ultimate goal is not so much weight itself but to reduce the stress on my feet so I can get back to my normal active self. I feel I've been restricted with nagging foot injuries the last 9 months so I need to help the only 2 feet I have and drop some weight for them to make their job easier!
I am not exactly sure what people say to end a post like this.... Feel free to join in on this wild and fat-reducing potluck party...

Great progress. You reminded me of the better perspective - health, taking care of myself. I really like to know how to incorporate Asian food in my nutrition plan. I think its one of the best. I started a year ago again - i was having health issues which significantly reduced when i lost a total of 65 lbs. I've regained about 30 of it. Arghh..0
