High Protein Food/Snacks

SO I messed up today and ate like 3 servings of tortilla chips which totally upped my carb intake for the day. Now I have lots of extra protein left over and don't know what snacks to have to fill it. I thought about cheese but that's also high in fat. Please help! Thanks

Low-fat plain yogurt with chocolate or other protein powder is one of my go-to snacks. If I'm home early enough to not wake my fiance with the blender, I'll make protein powder ice cream (frozen cubes of almond milk are excellent here).0

"Frozen cubes of almond milk" Wow! How inspired! I am going shopping for a silicon ice tray after work today to try this- adding ice was watering down my smoothies and adding too much volume. Thanks for the idea.0 -
