Suggestions for low-fat pescatarian diet

I'm struggling to hit my macros (40% carb/30% fat/30% protein) on a pescatarian diet and I think it's really affecting my weight loss. I always think I'm doing alright throughout the day while eating eggs, smoked salmon, greek yogurt, nuts and cottage cheese, but then I look at the fat content and it's sky-high. I usually end the day with macros of 45/40/15. What should I be eating to get the protein but not the fat?
