Need advice for my diet

Add me and check out my diary. I'm trying to trim some body fat. I workout hard 6 days a week. Am I eating right? Help please...

    I don't need to add you to help ya man.

    If you're trying to drop some weight, just stay within your calories. If you feel like eating a poptart in the morning, do it. Just be mindful of meals you might want later in the day.

    Make sure you get your protein, carbs, and fat. Personally foods high in protein (chicken, beef, eggs, bison, yogurts, etc.) keep me fuller, longer.

    If you're starving, and want a lot of food, low in calories, go with veggies. Broccoli, carrots, salad, cauliflower.
