Ok so this might be really stupid but it drives me nuts. Every image of me is different and I don't know which one is the real one. A lot of mirrors and stuff show me the progress that I want to see but then some make me look bigger. One has to be the right one but idk which ones to believe. I obviously don't want to believe the ones that don't have the reflection I want but I don't want to believe the ones that make me look smaller just because they make me feel better ya know?

Lol - i'm just the same.. in fact I can never really tell because in most of the mirrors I look okay.. then there's the odd mirror that I look really quite big - but when I have a picture taken the picture tends to look like image in the bad mirror... so which one can I trust?!

In my opinion I just make sure I try to only look in the mirrors that make me feel good for the day.
(I get more motivation from feeling like I look better not worse...)
So I will carry on losing my weight feeling okay about myself by looking in the good mirror, so eventually I will look good in ALL mirrors (and pictures!)

But really who knows which ones at the end of the day are right? Even videos are "supposed" to add pounds..!

I have a bad mirror next to my wardrobe (it's a bit bowed, makes me wider in the midsection and hips). I figure if I look OK in that I have nothing to worry about, flattering mirrors are a bonus :)

I would suggest comparing photos instead of what you see in the mirrors. I took a progress photo once a month and could see the difference there much better when they were side by side. (Same pose, lighting conditions, type of clothing.)
Take body measurements if you want to know if you are really getting smaller.
