I'm not losing any weight

Has anyone else experienced this? I've carefully logged everything for the past month and had almost no slip ups. I've drastically increased my daily step count and been much more active. Yet my net loss is nothing. I lost a few pounds and gained them all again. I haven't been kidding myself about portions, I have weighed and measured every single thing I ate and kept a close eye on macros. Still, nothing.
So I quit.
So I quit.

Here is a link that may give you some helpful ideas about things you can try. Giving up does nothing, so hang in there and stick with it.

I just don't get it. I can't think of anything I could do differently. It seems that quitting or not quitting, I'm not losing weight so it doesn't make much of a difference.0

and had almost no slip ups
This is where I'd start looking, almost no slip ups implies there has been a slip up. The scale of that slip up could have easily been enough to undo any small weight loss. And people being people, we're naturally biased towards underestimating how bad that slip up may have been. If you're eating back exercise calories it's very likely you're eating more than you've burnt. Exercise calories given on here are way over the top.0 -
You're not happy with your results so you quit. You'll gain more weight and still be unhappy hun. you have to stick with it otherwise nothing changes and the cycle just continues. You didn't mention exercise. Are you doing any? If you are don't eat back all the calories. I have my calories set for food only and I don't add exercise to my logs just so I can just focus on the numbers from my meals only.0
