Lost 60lbs in 7 months in 2014-2015

Hey my name is Stephanie Joined my fitness pal in March 2014 lost 60lbs by October 2014. The only thing I did was exercise 30-45 min 6 days a week and watched my calories. I pretty much ate any thing as long as I was in my calorie range. So in June 0f 2015 I started having bad seizures since then I have had 200 so needless to say I have gained back 50lbs because of the lack of energy and not eating right. Well finally my seizures are under control so I am gonna get this weight off. I felt so much better before had confidence and felt like I was on top of the world. SO WITH THE SUPPORT AND HELP FROM MY FITNESS PAL I WILL LOSE THIS WEIGHT! !!!
