13 lbs lighter after a month

Hey guys, just wanna share a little something from my personal experience. I had been working with a trainer for more than a month now. I visit the gym regularly for cardio. I was a couch potato before, and i find many excuses not to work out since I work long hours.

To make the story short lol, after almost a month of my new found life as a workout/health conscious person, I weighed myself. My beginning weight was 181 lbs, now, I'm 168 lbs. 13 lbs lighter. It feels good to see results like that, i feel more motivated to continue what I started.

I assure you, you will see results, the weighing scale will cooperate lol, just focus and do your best!
